About Us
Navigating the NDIS together
With over 10 years of experience in the disability sector, our founder brings deep knowledge and understanding of how to connect people with services that meet their unique needs. Led by a qualified Support Coordinator with a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Disability and Inclusion, and now also a qualified Developmental Educator registered with Developmental Educators Australia, Aware CDI specialises in working with both adults and children with disability—including members of the Deaf community and First Nations people. We bring experience from across the sector: school-based NDIS navigation, program coordination, and post-school transitions, allowing us to offer well-rounded, person-centred support.
We place your goals, choices, and voice at the heart of everything we do.
We respect and embrace all backgrounds, abilities, and identities in every aspect of our support.
We communicate openly, honestly, and clearly to build trust and understanding.
We support you to build confidence, grow your skills, and take control of your own journey.
